Simple, transparent process for returns and refunds within 30 days
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items for a full refund.
Important Conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Some items are non-returnable (see exceptions below)
How to Return an Item
Log into your account and go to "Order History" to start the return process.
Download and print the prepaid return label from your return confirmation email.
Pack the item securely and drop it off at any DHL service point using our return label.
Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 2-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item shipped
- Items covered by warranty
Exceptions & Special Cases
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened software, DVDs, or digital downloads
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Hygiene-sensitive products (if seal is broken)
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement immediately.

Late Returns
Returns after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion but may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's value.
International Returns
For international customers outside Germany:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Returns must be shipped with a trackable service
- Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges
Note: Refunds for international returns will be issued in EUR. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are not covered by us.
