Terms & Conditions of Sale

These GTC apply to all contracts concluded via our online store between Elektrohandel Amann & Förg GmbH (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter "Buyer").

Consumer: Any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Entrepreneur: A natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

The presentation of products in our online store constitutes a non-binding invitation to submit an offer, not a binding offer.

By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Place Order" button, the Buyer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.

The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the Buyer's offer by sending an order confirmation via email within 2 business days.

All prices are in EURO (€) and include statutory value-added tax at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.

We accept the following payment methods:

Delivery times are indicated on the product page and during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, delivery times are 3-5 business days for Germany and 5-10 business days for other EU countries.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of the package. Exact costs are displayed before order confirmation.

The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier or upon collection by the Buyer.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided on our website.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

For consumers, the statutory warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods. For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is one year from delivery.

In addition to statutory warranty rights, some products come with an extended manufacturer's warranty. Details are provided in the product documentation.

Our liability for damages, regardless of legal grounds, is limited as follows:

• In case of intent or gross negligence: unlimited liability
• In case of slight negligence: limited to foreseeable, typical damages
• Excluded: liability for loss of data (unless we could have prevented it)

These GTC and the entire legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For disputes with merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Elektrohandel Amann & Förg GmbH in Biberach an der Riß, Germany.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
